2.1 Minimum Age. 2.2 Geographic Restrictions. 2.3 Competence. You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise legally incapacitated are not permitted to register.

3.1 One Account Rule. Each individual may register only one ki333 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ki333 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ki333 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ki333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Verification (KYC). ki333 may at any time require you to verify your identity by providing government-issued Philippine identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or UMID). Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ki333 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing advance notice to the registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ki333 supports GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ki333 reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
4.3 No Third-Party Deposits. All deposits to your ki333 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ki333 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 24 hours for GCash and Maya transfers. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. ki333 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals.
4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
4.6 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to the extent technically practicable, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
ki333 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers (e.g., GCash, Maya, banks) may apply their own charges, which are the player's responsibility.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by ki333 are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion. General bonus eligibility requires a valid, verified ki333 account in good standing. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible for bonuses.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by ki333 are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and applicable game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. ki333 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or providing false information to claim a promotion.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds will be automatically forfeited upon expiry. Expiry dates are communicated at the time of the bonus award.

6.2 Malfunction Voids All Pays. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or hardware failure affecting game outcomes, ki333 reserves the right to void affected bets. 6.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are offered on events including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, cricket, boxing, and other sports. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at ki333's discretion during ongoing events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ki333 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of funds:

8.2 Age Verification. All players must be 21 years of age or older. ki333 verifies player age during registration and upon withdrawal. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated.

10.2 ki333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions; losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials; or losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
10.3 ki333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your ki333 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ki333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your ki333 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
11.2 Termination by ki333. ki333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where:
11.3 Forfeiture. Where an account is terminated due to a material breach of these Terms, ki333 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including real-money and bonus funds, after providing written notification to the player's registered email address.
12.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your ki333 account, you must first contact ki333 customer support. ki333 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
12.2 Dispute notifications must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ki333 will not consider disputes raised more than 30 days after the event in question.
12.3 In the event a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with ki333 customer support, you may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution channels recognized under Philippine law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ki333 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. References to PAGCOR and Philippine law reflect the regulatory environment applicable to the Platform's operations.
ki333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the registered email address and/or a notice displayed on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the ki333 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
